Home Staging Consultation

I will meet with you and discuss your goals, expectations, and how to receive the maximum return on investment for your home improvement dollar. 

I will review my eight step, home staging process while walking through the home as a buyer would and gather those all-important first impressions. 

We will discuss your homes best features, as well as trouble spots, and give you simple remedies and enhancement instructions in order of suggested priority, that you can complete in a time frame that is comfortable to you. 

If you would like a printed Action Plan, it is available at an additional cost. 

Half Day of Home Staging

In this consultation, we begin to make dramatic transformations to the main areas of the home.  I will bring  in accessories to complete the look for each room, take great photos for your agent’s marketing efforts, and give you a visual of what to purchase  in updating each room of the home. 

We’ll stop just shy of our half day in order to assess the progress.  At this time, I’ll go though the home with you and fill out our Action Plan, so you can complete the look on your own.  The Action Plan will detail the cosmetic improvements recommended, paint colors choices, suggested additional accessory purchases and details on what to do in the rooms we are unable to cover. 

Full Day of Home Staging

This service is for homes that need a little more attention.  We spend a full day making dramatic transformations to your home.  You won’t believe the difference a day can make!  You’ll walk away with a show-ready home, photos for your agents marketing efforts, and visual of purchase you can make to complete the look. 

We’ll stop just shy of our full day in order to assess the progress. At this time, I’ll go though the home with you and fill out our Action Plan, so you can complete the look on your own. The Action Plan will detail the cosmetic improvements recommended, paint color choices, suggested additional accessory purchases and details on what to do in the rooms we are unable to cover. 

New Listing or Open House Staging Weekend

This service is perfect to make a great first impression for the house that is just about to go on the market or have an Open House!  I will spend two full days prior that weekend transforming the house into a buyers dream.  I will be working with a detailed Action Plan that will be given to the home seller to complete the transformation at the end of the session.

To get top dollar, every home should go through my complete home staging transformation before being listed.

I’ll create a budget and shop for those accessories that serve as investments in the sale of your home.  We know where to go and even get “Designer Discounts” on what we purchase for you.
